You build software with us that runs in production at German mid-sized companies. Java, Spring Boot, MariaDB. Experience with integrations, clean code, thinking along instead of just working tickets.
You build on-premise AI solutions with us for regulated industries. Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral), RAG pipelines, vector databases and MLOps. With a focus on data sovereignty and productive use.
You understand mid-market processes and can assess software. You facilitate workshops, write clearly understandable concepts and guide projects from discovery to go-live. Willingness to travel within the Ruhr region is a must.
