Florian Brosig founds Pixelschnitzel, after years in corporate IT and mid-market consulting. First clients: mid-sized companies from the Ruhr region that wanted to feel "looked after" rather than "processed".
EX‑LOG GmbH replaces off-the-shelf software with a custom-built freight ERP: 14 months, six releases, no downtime in day-to-day operations. Dispatch, tracking and invoicing still run on it today. Read the case.
Certified as an AI expert by the German mid-market association (BVMID). Since then we have helped member companies work out where AI genuinely takes work off their hands. AI becomes the third pillar alongside consulting and software.
We move into our own space in the Kaiserquartier in Herne, Forellstraße 101–113. More room for workshops and on-site meetings — and the whole team around one table.
For Gneuß Kunststofftechnik GmbH we build a central platform for all sales material: one source, ten language versions, a worldwide rollout, plus an offline app for macOS, Windows and Linux. Read the case.

With Thor we build our own system for enquiries and support cases. Every request from this website lands there, with a named contact instead of a shared inbox. We run it in our own business first — software whose consequences we carry ourselves gets built more carefully.
