Logistics & transport.

Dispatch in the ERP, eight home-grown spreadsheets beside it, and the shift handover happens by shouting across the room. That is not an exception, that is the normal state.

  • Orders arrive by email, portal and phone and get entered three times
  • Telematics data is there; in daily business nobody has time to look at it
  • Invoicing is assembled from lists at month-end instead of from the system

Manufacturing & production.

The more sites, the more versions: documents, prices and master data drift apart as soon as they are maintained in three places.

  • Sales material exists in several languages and several versions at once
  • The ERP does what it must, but nobody can get at the data inside it

Services & trade.

Quote, order, delivery and invoice live in four tools. Between them sits a spreadsheet nobody wants to touch any more.

  • The status of a job lives in people's heads and in mailboxes
  • Recurring clerical work on documents and email eats entire days

  • A careers-orientation platform commissioned by the cities of Herne and Bochum, from the first concept into operation — Move2Beruf
  • AI systems that run entirely on the organisation's own premises — on-premise AI for the public sector
  • Documentation as a basis for internal and legal review — AI Act readiness
